album design policy

time frame: please note that once your first draft has been completed, you will have 365 days to confirm your design and receive your files. after this deadline has passed, the files will no longer be available, and you will not receive any notification or payment refund. 

style: upon selection of your design style, layouts will be created. this style may not be changed without purchasing an entirely new design.

drafts: depending on which package you select, you will have a limited amount of drafts available to you. there are 10-15 changes allowed per draft, and anything beyond that will incur a charge of $10 per change. any alteration to an image or layout is considered a change. this policy is strictly enforced. *you may purchase additional drafts for a charge of $60.

contact: album proofs will be available through an online proofing system where either you or your client will be able to leave feedback and requests. if you wish to have the designer communicate directly with your client, this is an option with some packages. the business name, fest, will not appear on this site, so anonymity between us and your client will be maintained.
